No refunds are made on orders placed via e-shop or purchases made in a physical store.

 

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT

  • Make sure that the product is in its absolutely original condition, the special markings of the product (protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed, it has not been used beyond testing or washed.
  • Contact us by email at info@anakar.gr or by calling +30 2106817432  – Tuesday to Saturday and hours 11:00 to 15:00. Inform us about the Change / Replacement product.
  • You return the packaged product to the agency that delivered it to you at our expense. After inspection, we will ship the replacement product.
  • No changes will be accepted after the 7-day period from the date of receipt. The time frame is not extended in any case.
